Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PEJ) is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (NPP1). The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site (herein-after: Project). PEJ plans to engage 1. Financial and 2. ESG ( i.e. Environmental, Social, Governance) Advi-sor for the purpose of securing debt financing for the construction of a nuclear power plant. The primary purpose of this RFI is to collect general market information about suitably qualified 1. Financial and 2. ESG advisory providers (hereinafter: Contractors) being able to deliver aforementioned services provided at the company's request. Potential Contractors may, in response to this RFI, indicate their experience in the provision of Financial advisory services or in the provision of ESG advisory services, or in both areas. Services may be commissioned until December 31, 2029. The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo-Kopalino site (hereinafter: Project). PEJ is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (hereinafter: Project). As the Project progresses to the next phase, PEJ is seeking the Inspection Bodies to be engaged by the Contracting Authority/PEJ for Oversight of the NPP1 supply chain manufacturing/construction - Inspection Bodies shall be considered as an extension of Employer resource, not acting as an independent 3rd Party Inspection Body. Therefore, we proceed with this Request for Information (RFI) intended to explore the market for potential Contrcators who could oversight of the NPP1 supply chain manufacturing/construction as Inspection Body. The purpose of the Request for Information is, in particular: 1) collecting qualitative and quantitative data on potential Contractors and the scope of their potential offers; 2) collecting data enabling a decision to be made on the appropriate type of procedures for the future tender; 3) obtaining other information necessary to prepare the future procedure for the award of a Contract; 4) informing Contractors about plans for the contract. The Contracting Authority is entitled to extend or reduce the scope of the RFI in its sole discretion, provided that, in its sole judgment, this will allow it to obtain all relevant information necessary for the preparation of the tender procedure..
